OPERATIONS
This solar battery panel converts light energy from the sun into 12 volt DC electricity which is then transported throughout the panel to the connector of choice, depending on the model.
This unit draws from UV sun rays and will work under light to medium overcast conditions through to the hottest summer sun.
The more intense the sunlight available, the more efficient the charging operation.
Each panel uses the microthin film technology to capture as much light as possible.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
PLEASE handle with care.
WHEN operating, use the front side (the black side ) of the solar module to face the sun and for best results, place in a position that can have direct contact with sunlight.
USING either the 12 volt cigarette lighter adaptor or the battery clamp adaptor, insert the plug into the outlet on the backside of the solar panel.
IF USING the battery clamp adaptor, attach the red battery clamp to the positive pole and black battery clamp to negative pole of the rechargeable battery.
IF USING the cigarette lighter adaptor, insert into the receptor in your vehicle.
BE SURE to connect with correct polarity or the solar module will not function properly.
CLEAN the glass surface of the solar module with a soft cloth.
KEEP the surface clean from dust or dirt.
AVOID contact with water, acid or alkali.
SOLAR cell will generate power on overcast days, but the rate of charge will be relatively less.
