China's Patent Description

Patent Introduction: (the third patent) This patent was applied on July 20th, 2006 and is going to be authorized in a short period. The right of priority for application in foreign countries will be effective until July 20th, 2007. The patent is related to a type of sticky tape cutter for carton sealing. The sticky tape cutter dominant in the current market is too simple in structure so that various defects and disadvantages coexist in practice. The carton sealing with sticky tape cutter used prevailingly is always carried out in such a way: firstly press and adhere one end of the sticky tape on one end of the lacking line on the paper carton and the pull the sticky tape forward till the other end of the lacking line with a parallelism in hand feeling as well as personal perception in memory, thus the sticky tape adhered on the carton can be hardly put on the same parallel position with the lacking line of the carton, making the two end of sticky tape in a dissymmetry with one end higher and the other lower, while parts of sticky tape cannot be adhered on the carton in flat shape, so the adhesive effect and outer appearance of the entire carton will be badly affected. Such situation by no means comply with the demands for stressing on professional enterprise image as well as fast & precise product carton sealing; another fact is that the sticky tape cutter currently used is so simple in structure that the sticky tape head is apt to be adhered on the main body of sticky tape, so the sticky tape should be found and pulled out again to be pressed on the carton when it is used for the second time. Hence, the work efficiency is lower. The main function of our practical new items is to supply a kind of sticky tape cutter used for sealing carton (hereinafter called sticky tape cutter for short). The sticking direction of adhesive tape cutter is in a straight line of the seal of the carbon, thus the above mentioned problems of lacking lines is solved.
