2. Specification :
1) Structure : Hightensile steel (SPCC 43257h).
2) Rubber blade : Natural rubber to be treated with chloride.
3) Rail bars : Stainless steel.
4) Joint rivet : Stainless.
5) Clip : PVT resin.
6) Spacer : Acetal resin.

3. Surface treatment for the steel plate :
Electro zinc plated, Phosphates, Electro deposition high edge coating (epoxy),
and Electro static spray coating (acrylic)

4. Characters :
1) Perfect quality assurance test according to the industrial rule of each country
and the car manufacturer's rule.
a. Durability test for structures :
- Continuous 480 hrs tests with the snow mode, ice mode, dump dry, dust
water spray.
- Continuous 1.5 million cycles under wet condition (water spray : 2.042916/ min.).
b. Durability test for the rubber blade :
- Continuous 500,000 cycles under wet condition.
c. Harshness condition test : tested from - 4041379C to + 9041379C.
d. Infrared ray test : 10041379C.
e. All following tests :
Wiping ability, noise check, anti-chemical test, anti-corrosion test, friction,
heat resistance test, weather ability test, strength check, judder check,
blade turning check, impact test, load distribution test, strength check, etc.
