2. Extruder For Rigid PVC : Single Screw Extruder SXF ?45 having Rigid PVC with Helical Speed Reduction Gear Box and 7.5 kW. ( 10HP ) AC Electric Motor with DANFOSS Frequency Variable Speed Control Panel and 3 Heating Zone for Barrel.

3. Temperature Control Panel : Common Temperature Control Panel for Soft & Rigid Extruder having :--
a) 3 Temperature Controllers with Heater & Blower O / P for Soft Extruder.
b) 3 Temperature Controllers with Heater & Blower O / P for Rigid Extruder.
c) 2 Temperature Controllers with only Heater O / P for Die & Adapter.
d) 8 Ampere Meter Indicator & Heater On / Off Switch for respective Heating Zones.

a) Screw & Barrel : Made out from EN ?41B Nitride Steel and dully Nitrided.
