G41378Storage and transportation
1.The waterproof sheet and mated adhesives should be stored in cool, well-ventilated and dry warehouses far away from heat source.2.Pay attention to the inflammable adhesives during use, storage and transportation since it contains organic solvents.3.The storage period of mated adhesive CC-A is 9 months; the storage period of CC-B adhesive is 1 year. They still can be used if they are checked qualified even the period is expired.
H41378Brief Introduction of waterproof sheet construction
1.The base should be smooth, dry and clean, without any looseness, dusting and peeling.2.The base should be cleaned of impurity before construction.3.Unroll the sheet fully on the base so as to release the stress of sheet. Apply CC-B base adhesive to the surfaces of base and sheet at the dosage of 300g/m2.Spread it fully and compact it when the adhesive is no longer adhesive.4.When laying the second roll of sheet ,apply the CC-B base adhesive according to the above item 3 except the 100mm edge overlaid on the first roll of sheet. pulling with force and uneven pressure on any direction are forbidden.5.After the base is fully laid, use special solvent to clean the joining part until it is fully dried.
