Climbing Formwork Description
A) CLIMBING FORMWORKS WITH LARGE SURFACED CRANE
Concrete can be casted over 3-4 m heights with this system.Form is assembled on a support scaffold.Before the form is lowered,it is climbed with its scaffold.This reduces thelabour cost,increases the production and quality of concrete casting.
B) HYDRAULICALLY CLIMBING FORMWORKS
Generally,it is used in construction of cooling towers and shaped surfaces with the help of hydraulic pistons.
C) HYDRAULICALLY SLIDING FORMWORKS
Generally, it is used for viaduct piers,stacks,silos etc. . Smooth surfaces of concrete are obtained with continuous climbing of the forms.In this formwork system,hydraulic pistons climb on climbing bars continuously with 2.5 mm strokes.It can work 24 hours with
continuous concrete casting.
